We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

Unwanted Products - read more

An unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.

You cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.

In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned open so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.

Faulty Products - read more

As with store purchases, we’re always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.

If the product is faulty, you always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Once we have received your form, we will be in touch to arrange your return or repair.

Damaged Product - read more

If you receive a damaged product, please call us within 48 hours of delivery on 07769184001. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free.

Cancel an Online Order - read more

If you decide to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling or click here to download an order cancellation form.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.

If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call to discuss an exchange or refund.

Cancelling an online or phone order cannot be processed in store.


Returning over the phone

If you cannot make it to a store or get online, web and phone purchases can be returned over the phone. Please call to speak to our customer services team to discuss a refund or exchange. Please have your order number to hand to speed up the process.
